What could a paid-social ad for GuruSup, an AI customer-service company in Valencia, feel like? A 30-second vertical concept film, made on my own.
Idea
“Misma noche. Otra mañana.” Same night, different morning: once with nobody answering, once with an AI agent on every message.
Process
One night, shown twice. First, 214 customer messages pile up unanswered until the sound cuts out. Then a rewind, and the same night plays again with an AI agent answering every message. Red is the problem, amber is handled. The sound has two big moments: the silence at 0:09, and the rewind. It’s one idea built to become many ads, with a new hook, format or language for paid social.
